I went backpacking for about 3.5 weeks in Europe accompanied by my brother Spencer and my two cousins Tanya and Nick. It was me and Spencer's first time abroad with only our backpacks, a guide of Europe, and my camera. Let the journey begin...!!

First stop. Switzerland!!
Arrive in Zurich exhausted and we meet our cousin
Marion who is there to pick us up and take us to her hidden B&B in Interlaken where she is working for the summer. Exhausted we go to sleep and cannot wait to see this place in the am!
The first thing I do when I woke is open these windows and look out to this.... I have never seen anything like it!!
The B&B was previously an old barn and had a
few rooms, a kitchen and dinner hall. It had this warm cozy feel to it and you heard every creak in the floors as you walked. I felt like I was in a fairy tale or actually in The Sound of Music!! Waking up to this incredible view was breathtaking.

the lake. We were so isolated but surrounded by beauty!
To the left is Me, Spencer, Marion and her friend Susan who is also working with her for the summer! They thought I was super tan for a Swiss girl :)
